In-Resort Fees (CMA Regulations)
Recent CMA regulations within the UK require travel companies to clearly display all charges that a customer could be liable for included in their holidays costs.

We are working with accommodation and package holiday suppliers to be able to clearly split out and identify in-resort fees where possible.
To enable this feature on your results widget, go to "My Widgets" in your Travelify account and find the following widgets which all have the same settings to enable this feature:
- "Travel Results"
- "Travel Availability Extras"
- "Travel Basket"

In the "Styling" > "Resort Fee Price Styles" settings, you can enable this display in your results, change the message and update the style to match your website.

Message settings - if you have an existing widget you are enabling this on, sometimes the text is blank and so you can add the following settings:
In-Resort Fees Label:
We recommend a short title that will be displayed on the result card, for example "In-Resort Fees"
Tooltip Label:
This is a tooltip that will pop over as the customer hovers over the "i" icon. We recommend a message such as:

"Approximately {AMOUNT} in fees is payable in-resort. This means your total holiday cost is {TOTALAMOUNT} This amount is calculated on todays exchange rate and may be subject to change."
It supports two custom tags which will auto-populate based on the amounts:
{AMOUNT} - this displays any in-resort fees, converted to the selling currency based on the exchange rate at that time.
{TOTALAMOUNT} - this displays the total holiday cost (booking element price + the in-resort fees in the field amount above field).

Suppliers Supporting In-Resort Fees
We are constantly working with suppliers to add this feature where supported by them, however not every supplier supports returning this data as a clear fees amounts we can break out to show in this data. It is your responsibility to choose the suppliers you are working with and if this is important to you to display this information, then we recommend reviewing the suppliers you have active to ensure they support this feature.
Please check the Supplier Directory in Travelify to see which suppliers support the in-resort fees. When you go into an accommodation/package holiday supplier, we now display a list of supported features of a supplier - see below example:
If the supplier shows "In-Resort Fees (Must Activate)" then this means you will need to speak to the supplier and have this feature activated on your account.
