Configure Company & Application Settings

These are the settings you need to configure before you start selling travel products online.

Before you start selling travel products online, there are two types of settings within Travelify that you should check and configure:

• Company Settings
• Application Settings

Configure Company Settings

Travelify > Settings

Here you can configure settings at a company level, such as:

• Company logo
• Company type
• Address
• 2FA (Two Factor Authentication for users)

Click the Save button for the changes to apply.

Configure Application Settings

Travelify > Applications > Edit Application

Here you can configure settings at an Application level, such as:

• General
• Application name
• App region
• Web platform
• Subscription
• Location
• Address
• Booking
• Booking email name

• Email Confirmation Settings - use this section to style and set up your order email confirmations. You can see an example of the email confirmation layout below, along with which settings affect which part of the email.
• Sending email address - this is the email address your order confirmations will be sent from. Important: you will need to let us know which email address you want to send from as we will need to whitelist this in the platform before you can send confirmations.
• Send copy of confirmation to email address - this is optional and allows you to copy in any email address to receive a copy of the order confirmation emails tha are sent to customers.
• Order confirmation email subject line - this is the subject line of the order confirmation email. You can use the tag {{ORDER-REF}} if you would like to embed the order reference into the subject.

• Website URL - this is the URL of your website homepage

• Website basket page URL - this is the URL of your website travel basket payment page

• Timeout - Search (seconds) - the maximum timeout for searches to your suppliers
• API Keys
• Public API Key - this is used by your widgets to connect to your account. Normally you don't need this information unless you are building your own widgets as part of our developer program.
• Private API Key - this is only available to customers who are subscribed to our private API access and you will need this for authentication with the API.
