Adding a Promotion Code in Travelify - Step 2

Go to www.travelify.io
1. Introduction
From accessing the Promo Codes section to saving your changes, follow the precise instructions below for a smooth process.
2. Click "Promo Codes"
Click on "Promo Codes"
3. Click on the Edit icon of desired Promotion Rule
Select the Promo Code Rule you wish to add the new Voucher Code to and click on the Edit icon
4. Click "Manage Promo Codes (0)"
Navigate to "Manage Promo Codes "
5. Click "Add"
Select the "Add" option to create a new Voucher Code for this rule
6. Click here to add Voucher name
Click here to add the Voucher name, this is where you create the code that the customer will need to input at the Checkout
7. Fill "CarRental20"
For example Car Rental 20 if you wish to apply a £20 discount on car hire
8. Click here to add text detailing what Voucher Code applies to
Enter here the description of the discount the customer will see, for example, Get £20 discount off your car hire if you book before June 2025
9. Enter desired text

10. Select amount of discount to be applied, this will need to be a minus number

11. Fill "-20"
For example type "-20" in the given field for a £20 discount to be applied
12. Click here to select number of uses you wish to apply to this particular Voucher Code
Click here to select number of uses you wish to apply to this particular Voucher Code, this will be number of customers as each customer will only be able to use the Voucher Code once
Be mindful if this number is set to zero then it will allow an unlimited amount of customers to use it
13. Click desired number
Select desired number
14. Click here to select Expiry date of Voucher Code
Here you can select the desired Expiry date of Voucher Code
15. Click here to select date from calendar
Select date from the calendar
16. Fill "2025-05-31"
Confirm the desired date
17. Click "Save"
Click on "Save" to store the new Voucher Code
