This guide will walk you through the process of using the Order manager feature in Travelify

Go to www.travelify.io
1. Introduction
From selecting dates to filtering bookings, learn how to efficiently manage your orders. Follow the engaging instructions provided to enhance your employee training experience
2. Click "Order Manager"
Access the Order Manager feature.
3. Click here to select to search by Booking Date or Travel Date
Here you can select which field you wish to use to search for required booking, either Booking Date or Travel Date
4. Select the required field from the dropdown

5. Select required date range to apply search

6. Enter dates from the calendar

7. Here you can search by Staff Member or Agent
Select this field if you wish to search an individual Staff Member or Agents bookings, if you leave it blank it will search all bookings
8. Make you selection from the dropdown
You can make your selection from the dropdown, these will be all the Users you have added to your system
9. Here you can select Booking Type
Here you can select by Booking type, for example Confirmed, Cancelled, Processing
You can also search any Bookings that did not proceed passed The Basket, giving you the opportunity to contact the customer to try and continue with the Booking
10. Select the required field from the dropdown

11. Here you can refine your search even further using Name, Booking ref etc.

If you leave this field blank it will search all bookings
12. Click "Search"
Initiate a search.
13. Click the Action icon on the selected retrieved Booking
Click on the Action icon to enter into the required Booking retrieved from the search list
This will bring up all the details relating to that particular booking
14. Click "Edit" if you wish to change any Customer details
Click on the Edit icon if you wish to make changes to any of the Customer details, not Booking details
15. Click "Save"
Secure the changes made by selecting "Save."
16. Click here to make any changes to Booking reference, Booking status etc
Use this section to make any changes to the Booking reference, Booking status, Supplier currency etc
17. Click "Save"
Confirm and store the modifications by clicking on "Save."
18. Here you will find all booking information, these details cannot be edited
Here you will find all the Booking information, flight details, accommodation, car hire etc

19. View Lead passenger name

20. Additional passenger names
Additional passenger names, along with date of birth will be listed here
21. Here you can view any additional information the passenger may require
Here you can view any additional information relevant to the booking that the passenger may require, for example baggage allowance, cancellation details, name changes etc just scroll through to find the information needed
22. Here you can send an Email Confirmation or Send it to Backoffice, if you are signed up to one
Here you can click on the relevant button to send an Email Confirmation to your Customer or Send the booking to a Backoffice system if you are signed up to one.
