This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new Role in Travelify

Go to www.travelify.io
1. Introduction
From accessing the Roles section to saving the Role, each step is outlined to help you efficiently navigate the platform.
2. Click "Home"
From the home page you will see all categories available to you in the menu on the left hand side
3. Click "Roles"
Access the Roles section.
4. Click "Add"
Select the option to add a new role.
5. Proceed by selecting the indicated field and creating Role name such as Owner, Sales, Admininstrator. Each Role name can have different security access.

6. Add Role Description, for example Sales, Admin etc

7. Confirm Security Access areas for new Role
Confirm Security Access for the new Role by checking appropriate boxes
Agent tools is a crucial permission to enable so bookings and quotes can be made via the frontend
8. Save the newly created Role and complete the process
Save the newly created Role and complete the process
You can repeat this process for each Role required.
