Creating a New User in Travelify
This guide will walk you through the process of creating a new user in Travelify
Before we start if you wish to see subtitles in addition to this voiceover then please ensure "Captions" are enabled on your screen
Go to www.travelify.io
1. Introduction
From navigating to the Users section to assigning Roles and saving User information, follow the instructions carefully to add a new User to your system.
This section is for adding staff that work for you as Users, to allow access to any other Agent that do not work for the company they will need to be added as a B2B via the CRM
2. Click "Users"
Navigate to the Users section.
3. Click "Add"
Select the option to add a new User.

6. Select title from dropdown

7. Choose the appropriate title for the User

8. Click here to add User's First Name
Enter the user's First Name
9. Enter Name in the provided field

10. Click here to add User's Last Name
Enter the User's Last Name
If you are wishing to use the Personalised Quotes then all fields need to be complete with User details, for now though ignore Commission and Back Office Reference as this will be new functionality available in the future
11. Click here to set the User's Role
Select Security Access from the dropdown list, such as Owner, Sales, Administrator etc
12. Click appropriate Role
Assign a Role for the new User.
13. Click "Save"
Save the User's information. Repeat this process for additional User's
This process will assign a password for the New User, advise the New User that they will receive this via the email given, it may go into their Junk folder
Once they have received their password they are able to log in and edit it
for something more memorable if they wish
14. Adding multiple User's
If adding Multiple User's you can download the Excel spreadsheet to complete and then upload to save time.
15. Delete User if they no longer work for you
If a member of staff no longer works for you, you will need to Delete them as a User to disable access to the system
