Member Pricing - Promote Your Member Benefits

September 1, 2025
For non-registered customers we now display a member/discounted price alongside your standard pricing to encourage customers to sign up.

For non-registered customers, we can now display a member/discounted price alongside your standard pricing to encourage your customers to sign up for a membership account with you. This is a great tool to help improve sign ups and capture of your customers!

We recommend setting up your member pricing rules first, before continuing as it is easier to clone your pricing rules for member pricing rather than setting up new pricing rules from scratch.

It is important to note that when a customer is not signed in to your website, the platform has no knowledge of a membership level or what membership level a customer could be signing up to, so if your website is set up where different membership levels have different discounts, then we recommend only setting up the basic level of member pricing (the lowest discount level you have) as we can only show a single member price on each product.

Read more about setting up pricing rules and also about membership levels.

Example Display For Non-Logged In Customer:

Pricing Rules Setup

As above, we recommend setting up the pricing rules for your members first as this is what we will clone for use when your members are not logged in and show as the member price alongside the standard non-member price.

IMPORTANT: We will always process your standard pricing rules first (eg. to mark up your products from the supplier as it does now), before then applying the Member Pricing rules - this is because your Member Pricing rules will normally be a discount off this price.

1. Select which of your pricing rules (that normally only apply to a membership level when customers are logged in) you are going to clone and click the Clone button (highlighted below).

2. Go in and edit the cloned (new) rule - you may want to change the name to (Not Logged In) for reference and then make sure you tick/enable the "Member Pricing" option. If there are any B2B Companies set for your membership levels, then please delete these in this rule

In our example, we are adding 20% as our standard markup and then we have a -10% pricing rule only for customers who are a member of our membership level (B2B company). We have cloned the -10% rule and set it to be a Member Pricing rule and removed the membership level from the B2B companies section.

Widget Setup - Travel Results and Travel Availability Extras

Next, you need to enable some setting in your results and availability extras widgets to display the text and styling of your choice for the member price - both widgets have the same settings. The widgets automatically detect if member pricing is returned in the results, so there is no setting to turn this on/off, you just need to customise your text and styling - to turn this off, just disable your Member Price rules.

In the "Styling" tab, click on "Member Price Styles" and set up the styling to match your brand.

Member Price Label: this is the text that appears before the member price ("Exclusive Member Price" in the example below).

Register Label: this is the text that appears around the register link below the pricing ("Join now" in the example below).

Register Redirect URL: if you use a member account header widget and have the registration form enabled in there, please leave this field blank as this will trigger the popup to open on click. If you have a registration page (if you have membership levels), then enter the URL of your registration page.

Login Label: this is the text that appears around the login link below the pricing ("or Login" in the example below).

Login Redirect URL: if you use a member account header widget and have the sign-in form enabled in there, please leave this field blank as this will trigger the popup to open on click. If you have a sign-in page, then enter the URL of your sign-in page.

Benefits Text Label: this is the text that appears after the login link below the pricing ("to get member pricing" in the example below).
