Module 10: Buying Back Your Time
Marketing On Autopilot
The biggest trap in the travel industry? You get busy with bookings, so you stop marketing. Then the bookings dry up, and you panic-market. It’s a stressful "feast and famine" cycle.
You need to break that cycle. Consistency is the secret sauce. Your brand needs to be visible even when you are swamped with admin or sipping a cocktail on your own holiday. This is where we stop working in the business and let the tech work for the business.
Actionable Steps
The "Evergreen" Content Pool:
Create a folder of 10-20 posts that are not time-sensitive (e.g.,
"Why use a travel agent,"
"Top 5 Honeymoon spots"). If you have a busy week, drag and drop one of these.
The Sunday Night Review:
Spend 15 minutes on Sunday evening checking your schedule for the week. Knowing your posts are sorted gives you a clearer head for Monday morning.
Use Luna:
If you are a Travelgenix user, Luna is your marketing assistant. It can schedule posts and prompt reviews automatically. It costs less than a fancy coffee a week but does the job of a marketing intern.
Free Online Resources
Trello: A great free tool to visually plan your content calendar. Drag and drop ideas into "To Do," "Doing," and "Done."
Trello.com

Meta Business Suite: The native (free) tool from Facebook/Instagram to schedule posts in advance.
Top Tips from the Big Players
Look at Coca-Cola: Everyone knows who they are, yet they never stop advertising. Why? Because Recency matters. You need to be the first brand they think of when they are finally ready to buy.
Look at Starbucks: Their app creates a habit. They make it easier to buy from them than anyone else. Your "app" is your consistent email/social presence.
