Reviews Collection (eg. Trustpilot and Feefo)

We support a couple of different review collection platforms where your review collection can be automated once a customer places an order.
Trustpilot Automatic Feedback Service (AFS)
All Trustpilot accounts (including free) allow you to copy in their AFS service to your order confirmation emails and they will then schedule a review collection email to be sent a number of days after the email is placed to ask for a service review (you can also schedule further emails to ask for product reviews).
- Head to the AFS service setup page in your Trustpilot Business account and copy the unique email address - you will need to enter this into your Travelify Application Settings > "Email Settings" > "Order Review Collection Email" (see below screenshot as an example)

2. Set up your Trustpilot Email Settings and Time and Delivery Settings to schedule when your review invites are sent out.
Feefo
You will need a paid Feefo account to gain access to their API. Go to the Travelify Supplier Directory for your application and search for Feefo Reviews. You will see the below information that you need to connect the Travelify platform to your Feefo account (Client ID, Client Secret, Merchant ID) and, like Trustpilot, we will automatically push your order data to Feefo in real time when an order is placed on your website.
We recommend setting the Feedback Date as "FeefoControlled" as their platform then controls when the invite emails are sent to your customers, however you can override this in Travelify by setting this dropdown along with the Feedback Days (eg. send 7 days after travel).
