RSS Link Builder
The Travelgenix RSS link builder lets you display live product feeds to your audience on website pages and within marketing emails.
Using a Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feed, you are able to configure the specific type of products you want to display to your audience, and when somebody clicks on a product within the feed, it initiates a live search on your website.
This means you can put attractive and engaging lists of travel products in front of your audience, to help them with their holiday research and lead them towards a booking on your website.
Before you start!
For your RSS Link builder to work correctly, you must ensure you have some default settings in place within Travelify > Applications > Edit Application > Generic Settings
(a) Within General Settings, ensure your website URL's are configured for the relevant pages on your website:
(b) Ensure you have the default code in place within the various fields in RSS Travel Offers - Template 1 and RSS Travel Offers - Template 2
These code snippets control the layout of the RSS templates, and can be managed using Liquid Template Language - But using the default versions will work "out of the box" for you.
