Standard Pricing Rules (Accommodation) in Travelify
This guide will walk you through setting up Standard Pricing Rules for accommodations in Travelify

1. Introduction
Before we start if you wish to see subtitles in addition to this voiceover please ensure "Captions" are enabled on your screen
It is advisable that before starting to apply Pricing Rules you have prepared a list of suppliers detailing if prices quoted are Gross or Nett, if Gross you'll need to know what commission level the Supplier provides
2. Click "Pricing Rules"
Access the Pricing Rules section.
3. Click "Add"
Initiate the process to add a new Pricing Rule, this particular tutorial is specific for applying a new Rule for Accommodation
4. Click here to give the Rule a recognisable name

6. Leave Priority set as 1

7. Click here to Enable the Rule
Enable the Rule here. If you wish to disable the Rule but don't want to delete it then uncheck this box

10. This is where you will need to know if your Supplier prices are Gross or Nett

If Gross, and to give a price parity with Supplier you may wish to apply a discount, so have this in mind when you are creating the Rule but the majority of the Rules you will wish to add to the Supplier price

For accommodation, car hire etc we suggest selecting per Booking whereas for flights, dynamic packaging and package holidays select per Passenger

Always leave the Days Before Travel section blank, never make any changes here

In the Product Types section select Accommodation
20. Check the Accommodation box
Check the Accommodation box, this will bring up another section to add your Accommodation Rule Criteria
21. Here you can select the Accommodation Suppliers you wish this Rule to apply to

22. You can select from the dropdown the Accommodation Supplier you require

23. Make your selection, you can include as many of your Suppliers as you wish

25. You can refine your Rule further using these additional fields

26. Click "Save"
Click "Save" to add the new Accommodation Pricing Rule

Proceed to the next step as you have sufficiently completed the form to enable a new Pricing Rule
