1. Introduction

It is advisable that before starting to apply Pricing Rules you have prepared a list of suppliers detailing if prices quoted are Gross or Nett, if Gross you'll need to know what commission level the Supplier provides
2. Click "Pricing Rules"
Access the Pricing Rules section.
3. Click "Add"
Initiate the process to add a new Pricing Rule, this particular tutorial is specific for applying a new Rule for Flights
4. Click here to give the Rule a recognisable name

Enable the Rule here. If you wish to disable the Rule but don't want to delete it then uncheck this box

If Gross, and to give a price parity with Supplier you may wish to apply a discount so have this in mind when you are creating the Rule but the majority of Rules you will wish to add to the Supplier price

For flights, dynamic packaging and package holidays we suggest selecting per Passenger where as for Accommodation, car hire etc select per Booking

Check the Flights box, this will bring up another section to add your Flight Rule Criteria
21. Here you can select the Flight Suppliers you wish this Rule to apply to

Proceed to the next step as you have sufficiently completed the form to enable a new Pricing Rule
This will now appear in your list of Pricing Rules
