Standard Pricing Rules (Packages) in Travelify
This guide will walk you through setting up standard pricing rules in Travelify for effective employee training.

1. Introduction
Before we start if you wish to see subtitles in addition to this voiceover then please ensure "Captions" are enabled on your screen
It is advisable that before starting to apply Pricing Rules you have prepared a list of suppliers, detailing if prices quoted are Gross or Nett, if Gross you'll need to know what commission level the Supplier provides to you
2. Click "Pricing Rules"
Access the Pricing Rules section.
3. Click "Add"
Initiate the process to add a new Pricing Rule, this particular tutorial is specific for applying a new Rule for Packages
4. Click here to give the Rule a recognisable name

6. Leave Priority set as 1

7. Click here to Enable the Rule
Enable the Rule here. If you wish to disable the Rule but don't want to delete it, then uncheck this box
8. Here you decide if you wish the Rule to be Fixed or a Percentage of the Booking

10. This is where you will need to know if your Supplier prices are Gross or Nett

If Gross, and to give price parity with the Supplier you may wish to apply a discount so have this in mind when you are creating the Rule

For packages, flights and dynamic packaging we suggest selecting per Passenger where as for Accommodation, car hire etc select per Booking

Always leave the Days Before Travel section blank, never make any changes here
16. Here you decide who the Rule applies to
Here you decide who you wish this Rule to apply to, for example B to C, B to B or Internal Agents

18. Check the box for Packages

19. Select Packages in this section
In the Product Types section select Packages
20. Check the Packages box
Check the Packages box, this will bring up another section to add your Packages Rules Criteria
21. Here you can select the Packages Suppliers you wish this Rule to apply to

22. You can select from the dropdown the Package Supplier you require, or leave blank to include ALL your Package Suppliers

23. You can refine your Rule further using these additional fields
You can refine your Rule further using these additional fields but the Rule will be applied with the Supplier details as a minimum
24. Click "Save"
Click Save to add the new Pricing Rule
25. Click "Proceed"
Proceed to the next step as you have sufficiently completed the form to enable a new Pricing Rule
26. The new Rule will appear in your list of Pricing Rules
