Using Accommodation Override in Travelify
This guide walks you through utilizing the Accommodation Override feature in Travelify.

1. Introduction
From accessing additional tools to setting property priorities and features, follow the instructions to efficiently manage property settings and update information for your suppliers.
Before we start if you wish to see subtitles in addition to this voiceover then please ensure "Captions" are enabled on your screen
2. Click "More Tools"

3. Click "Accommodation Overrides
Access the Accommodation Overrides feature to manage property settings.
4. Here you source the hotel you wish to make changes to

5. Type in hotel name
Fill in the hotel name, you may find that some suppliers use a slightly different name so be mindful of this. You might need to be less specific to capture all versions
6. You can choose your supplier here, but if you leave as Any it will give results for all your suppliers

7. You can select the star rating here to narrow your search
If you know the star rating of the hotel you can select it here which will help narrow your search
8. Select from the dropdown

9. Enter the Country code

10. Fill in two letter code
Enter the two letter Country Code, if you need help finding this you can click on the green ISO Codes that will take you through to an information page
11. Click "Search"
Click Search to initiate the hotel search
12. This is the Unique Ref for each hotel with each supplier
This is the Unique Reference for each hotel with each supplier. Usually these numbers will be the same with different suppliers so the system will dedupe and only show the cheapest in the search results
13. The Priority number denotes where hotel appears in search results
The Priority number denotes where the hotel appears in the search results, for example zero will put it in price order, one to four hundred and ninety nine will put it to the top of the results but with no flag whereas five hundred
to nine hundred and ninety nine will put it to the top of the results with a flag, such as top pick
You can edit the flags, in your widgets
You will need to Edit the change of Priority on all listings of the same hotel if the Unique Reference is different
14. Click here to Enable or Disable the hotel listed, they will be Enabled by default

15. Click on the Edit icon to make your changes

16. Select your desired Priority
Select your desired Priority from the drop down, remembering
Zero will put it in price order
one to four hundred and ninety nine puts it to the top of the results but with no flags

to nine hundred and ninety nine will put it to the top of the results with flags
17. Here you can add your tags
Here you can add your tags that will appear in the hotel details
Add each required tag ensuring you put a comma in between each one
Try to keep them short and concise to enable easy filtering for your customer
Once you have added a tag it will appear on your Filter list to enable your customers to refine their search
You do not need to replicate these tags for the hotel on each supplier as long as they have the same Unique Reference
18. Click "Update" to save your changes

19. Use this Icon to add images

Depending on which package you have you can add up to three of your own images of the hotel
These images only need to be added once if the Unique Reference numbers are the same
20. Click "Upload Image"

21. Click "Update Properties"
Click Update Properties to finalise property updates.
