We connect with various backoffice providers (see our website for our current list) where we can automatically push your website orders into your backoffice account.

Normally, we have to connect the order to your suppliers that are set up in your backoffice so that you can then handle supplier payments correctly.

When we push your order to your backoffice provider, the supplier linking is handled in one of two ways:

1. Your suppliers must be set up in advance in the backoffice account before the order wil successfully be pushed (eg. PenAir by Penguin)
2. We can lookup/create suppliers on the fly when an order is pushed to the backoffice (eg. eTrip Agency)



In order to match up suppliers between the systems, we use the supplier codes. You can obtain our current list of supplier codes on this link, however where the supplier is via another technology provider (eg. Traveltek, Paxport, Ypsilon or Intuitive), their list can change on occaison so we show the sub-suppliers below on our list where we can.
