We have partnered with Stripe to handle our invoicing and monthly payments for your Travelgenix account.

We have partnered with Stripe to handle our invoicing and monthly subscription payments for your Travelgenix account.
You have the option of paying your monthly subscriptions by either credit/debit card or Direct Debit.
IMPORTANT: Due to the way Stripe works, the invoice links sent via email will only contain the option of paying via credit/debit card. To switch to paying by Direct Debit, you will need to follow the instructions below.
Accessing our Billing Centre
- Visit our Stripe Billing Center (click this link to open in a new tab)
- Enter your billing email address (the email address that you receive the invoices to - if you do not know this or need it updating, please contact us) in the form, you will be emailed a one-time use code to this email address to be able to sign in to your account
- Once you are signed in, if you have more than one subscription in your account, select the relevant subscription that you would like to manage
- You will be shown a screen similar to that below (Please note prices may vary, this is only an example), showing the details of your subscription - you can update your billing address using the "Update information" link and add/manage your payment method using the options show.

Setting up Direct Debit payments
- Follow the instructions above and click on "Add payment method"
- You will be presented with an option to select "Bacs Direct Debit" - simply complete your bank details to add this payment method to the subscription
