Configure Booking Rewards in Travelify Platform
This tutorial guides you through booking rewards in Travelify, enabling you to create and manage customised reward rules. Booking Rewards are a great tool to enable you to support your products as you can add rewards for something specific you wish to promote, be it early booking, late availability, hotel, package etc

1. Introduction
Before starting, ensure you have access to your Travelify account and any necessary information about your reward criteria and categories.
2. Click "More Tools"
Open the 'More Tools' menu to access additional features within Travelify, enabling you to manage your rewards effectively.

Select Booking Rewards
4. Setting up a Booking Reward is a 2 stage process

5. Click "Add"
Click 'Add' to create a new reward rule, allowing you to customise how rewards are earned.

8. Click here to give the Reward a name

9. Fill "Accommodation"

12. Detail the terms of the Reward
Detail the terms to clearly define the reward criteria.
13. You can choose to either set the Reward as a percentage or fixed amount
You can choose to either set as a percentage or fixed amount to specify how the reward value is calculated.
14. Fill "5"
Fill in the percentage value with 5 to set the reward rate at 5%, etc
15. Here you can determine the maximum reward amount that can be earned

16. Ensure this box is checked for the rule to be active

17. Click "Save"
Click 'Save' to store your reward configuration and apply the changes.

19. Now we need to do Step 2, start by clicking on Back to Rules
Now we need to do Step 2, start by clicking on Back to Rules to return to the list of reward rules and manage them further.
20. Click "Add"
Click 'Add' to create an additional reward rule, expanding your rewards programme.
21. Click here to give the Reward Rule a name
Click here to begin entering details for the new reward rule. You will notice that this form is very similar to Pricing Rules
22. Fill "Accommodation"
Fill in the field labelled 'Accommodation' to categorise the new reward appropriately.

Select your reward, that you have previously set up, from the dropdown list

25. Set the Minimum Days before Travel
Set the Minimum Days Before Travel, this will help you to apply the Rewards for the type of bookings you wish to promote, whether it be early booking reward or late availability
26. Ensure this is checked for the rule to be Active

27. As with Pricing Rules you can add as much detail as you wish
As with Pricing Rules you can add as much detail as you wish, to define the applicable range for the reward.
28. As we are creating an Accommodation Reward check this box in Search Types

29. Fill "Accommodation" in Product Types
Fill in the field labelled 'Accommodation' in Product Types to confirm the category as needed.
30. As with Pricing Rule if we leave fields blank here then rule will be applied to all
As with Pricing Rules if we leave these fields blank then the rule will apply to all suppliers, properties etc, but you can add more detail if required, ensuring accurate targeting.
31. Click "Save"
Click 'Save' to finalise and store all reward settings and configurations.
32. Click "Proceed"
You have completed all the necessary details so you can Click 'Proceed' to move forward with the reward activation
