Create Staff Roles
Creating custom role types.

If you have a team that help you run your travel business, you may want to give them restricted acess to Travelify, so they only access the tools they actually need to do their job.
This might mean giving your web team access to just the widgets, so they can manage the website functionality, without accessing any customer or booking data.
Likewise, your support team might need access to order information, but you don't want them to access your pricing rules or supplier information.
All of this is completely customisable, by creating custom role types, that you can allocate to your team members.
To get started, visit:
Travelify > Roles > Add

You will then be presented with the option to create a new role type, and restrict access to specific Travelify features, on the following basis:
- Read
- Edit
- Add
- Cancel

Once you have created this custom role, ensure it has a name, description and then click Save. The role will now be saved in the roles dashboard, which you can allocate to specific users.
