Actionable Steps


The 5-Second Test:

Open your website. Grab a stranger (or a friend who doesn't know your business). Let them look at your homepage for exactly 5 seconds, then close the laptop. Ask them: "What do I sell, and who is it for?" If they can’t answer instantly, rewrite your main headline.


Claim Your Territory:
Set up your Google Business Profile. It’s the fastest way to look legitimate and appear on Google Maps.


The  "About" Audit:
Does your 'About Us' page sound like a CV? Boring. Rewrite it to focus on them. Instead of
"I have 20 years of experience," try "You get the benefit of my 20 years of insider knowledge."

Look at  Booking.com: They use Urgency. Notice how they use phrases like "Free Cancellation" or "Great Value" in bold? Review your own site; are you giving people a reason to book now?


Look at  Airbnb: They use Trust. The first thing you see isn't just a house; it's the rating. Ensure your testimonials or Trustpilot score is visible on your homepage, above the fold (the part of the screen you see before scrolling).
