Using the CRM in Travelify
Explore this guide to efficiently navigate the CRM features in Travelify.

1. Introduction
From accessing customer details to viewing orders, this guide will help you streamline your operations and enhance your CRM experience.
2. Click "CRM"
Access the CRM section.
3. Use this search box to locate Customer
Use this Search box to locate required Customer, a list of names will appear as you start typing
4. Start typing Customer name

5. Locate the Customer required from list
Locate the Customer you require from the list that appears
6. Select the Edit or Action icon to perform task required

Click the Action icon to access the Customer records
7. The Details tab shows all Customer details provided with first booking
The Details tab shows all Customer details that were provided with their first booking or basket. Use the Edit button to change any of this information and click Save to confirm modifications, this feature is the same as the Order Manager
8. If this box is checked then the customer has indicated they are happy to receive Marketing information

9. The Orders tab shows all bookings that have been made by Lead passenger

10. The Status field indicates how the booking has progressed, enabling you to follow up on any failed bookings

11. Select required booking from the list and click the Action icon to enter booking

12. This will bring up the information for this booking in the Order Manager

Click on "View in CRM" to navigate back to the CRM and continue with any further searches
13. You can manually enter a Customer to the CRM using this field

15. Here you can download all of your customer data on to your computer
Here you can download all your customer data, in the form of a spreadsheet, onto your computer to use as you wish
You can also connect to a supported marketing service, for example MailChimp, Constant Contact etc, by adding it in the My Suppliers section which will be able to draw on your customer information from your CRM
