Travelify provides you with all the tools you need to manage your Travelgenix technology.

For customers that have purchased a travel technology + website package, your website will be managed through a different platform, which Travelgenix will give you separate credentials for.

At a high level, the Travelify platform allows you to manage the following:

• Company settings (Logo, business address, 2FA etc)
• Role types (Owner, admin, designer, customer support etc)
• Users (Staff members)
• Applications (A single Travelgenix instance e.g. One travel business)
• Order manager (A database of started, pending or completed online bookings)
• Customers (A CRM database for all your customers)
• Enquiry viewer (A tool that allows you to initiate searches using a unique customer reference code)
• Suppliers (A directory of third party product suppliers and how to activate them on your website)
• Widgets (All the travel and website widget functionality provided by Travelgenix)
• Pricing rules (The ability to add and manage the mark up on the products you sell)
• Deposit rules (The ability to configure and manage how deposits work on your website)
• Translations (The ability to translate Travelgenix widget content)
